Stacy Seaton, CPA, EA
Stacy Seaton is the owner and principal CPA of Seaton & Company PC, a full-service accounting firm based in Jackson, Tennessee. With a career in accounting spanning more than 25 years, Stacy brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and genuine dedication to every client she serves, whether they are around the corner or across the Country. Stacy’s accounting journey began in December 1998 when she joined the firm of Bill Sipes, CPA as an intern. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Union University in May 1999 and continued with the firm as a staff accountant following graduation. Her talent and commitment to excellence led to a natural progression, she and Mr. Sipes eventually became partners, building a firm grounded in trust, integrity, and personalized service.
When Mr. Sipes retired in 2019, Stacy stepped forward as the sole practitioner of the firm, carrying on the legacy they built together. In addition to her CPA designation, Stacy holds the credential of Enrolled Agent (EA), the highest authorization granted by the Internal Revenue Service. As an EA, Stacy is federally licensed to represent clients directly before the IRS on a wide range of matters. Throughout her career, she has successfully handled numerous tax representation cases, including tax audits, installment arrangements, offers in compromise, and more. This level of advocacy is something Stacy takes seriously, she understands that facing the IRS can be an overwhelming experience, and she is committed to standing in her clients’ corner every step of the way.
Stacy’s areas of focus include small business client accounting services, individual and business tax preparation, tax planning, tax representation, and business consulting. She is proud to serve a diverse client base, from local businesses in West Tennessee to clients nationwide, with the same attentive, hands-on approach that has defined the firm for decades. Stacy is an active member of the TSCPA, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Professional Association of Small Business Accountants (PASBA), and the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional growth and excellence in her field. Stacy’s passion for small business runs deep and personal. Growing up in Bolivar, Tennessee, she watched her family operate both a small convenience store and a construction company in Hardeman County. Those early experiences instilled in her a profound respect for the hard work, sacrifice, and determination that small business ownership requires and a firm belief in doing things right the first time. It is that same philosophy she brings to her clients every day.
When she is not working alongside her clients, Stacy is rooted in the community she has always called home. She and her husband, Eric, reside in Bolivar, TN, where they raised their two adult children, Riley and Katie. Eric serves with great distinction as a Lieutenant for the Bolivar Fire Department and Chief of the Toone Fire Department. For Stacy, Bolivar is more than a hometown; it is the heart of everything she values.

Riley Seaton serves as a Senior Accountant and Tax Associate at Seaton & Company PC, based in Jackson, Tennessee. A native of Bolivar, TN, Riley grew up surrounded by the values of hard work, integrity, and community. The same values that have long defined the Seaton family and the firm they call their own. It was only natural that those roots would lead him toward a career in accounting. Riley earned his Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2020, followed by a Master of Accounting from Union University in 2025. His academic achievements reflect a genuine commitment to the profession and a drive to bring the highest level of knowledge and skill to the clients he serves. Riley’s professional journey began close to home. In 2019, he joined Seaton & Company as an intern, quickly demonstrating the same dedication and work ethic the firm was built upon. That commitment to the firm and its clients has only grown over time, and he continues to take on an expanding role within the practice contributing to tax preparation, client accounting services, and business consulting alongside the firm’s leadership. Riley is currently pursuing his CPA designation.

Karley Wilson serves as an Accountant and Payroll Specialist at Seaton & Company, PC, bringing nearly three years of dedicated experience to the firm and the clients it serves. With a concentrated focus on payroll, Karley has developed a depth of expertise that makes her an invaluable part of the Seaton & Company team. Karley’s educational background reflects her commitment to both the financial and business sides of accounting. She earned her Associate’s degree in Business from Jackson State Community College in 2021, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Memphis in 2023. That combination of community roots and university achievement gave her a strong foundation in financial principles, business relationships, and the practical skills that matter most to client’s day in and day out. Her time at Seaton & Company has been instrumental in shaping her professional growth. From managing payroll processes to expanding her broader accounting skill set, Karley approaches every task with care, precision, and a genuine desire to do right by the clients she supports. She embodies the same work ethic and attention to detail that the firm has always been built upon.
Outside of the office, Karley enjoys the great outdoors, spending quality time hiking and hunting alongside her husband and family. That appreciation for hard work and simple, meaningful moments is something that comes through in everything she does, both personally and professionally.

Ashley Howell serves as a Staff Accountant at Seaton & Company PC, bringing a distinctive blend of analytical depth and people-centered insight to everything she does. A graduate of the University of Memphis, Ashley holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration. Ashley grew up in Bolivar, Tennessee, in a family rooted in small business ownership, where she witnessed firsthand the hard work, resilience, and heart that goes into building something of your own. Those early experiences gave her a deep appreciation for the role accounting plays in the success of local businesses and a lasting respect for the clients who pour themselves into their work every single day. At Seaton & Company, Ashley brings that same appreciation into every client relationship. She values the uniqueness of each engagement, approaches every situation with curiosity and care, and embraces each new challenge as an opportunity to grow.

Aimee Coel serves as the Administrative Assistant at Seaton & Company PC, and in many ways, she is the heartbeat of the office. From the moment a client walks through the door or picks up the phone, it is Aimee’s warmth, organization, and genuine care for people that sets the tone for the entire experience. Aimee is a graduate of the Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT), where she earned her Administrative Office Technology Diploma. That technical foundation, combined with her natural ability to connect with people, makes her uniquely equipped to handle the fast-paced, detail-oriented environment of a professional accounting firm. In her role, Aimee manages a wide range of responsibilities that keep the firm running smoothly and clients feeling well taken care of. From onboarding new clients into the firm’s systems and maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive information, to coordinating schedules, managing day-to-day communications, and handling incoming calls, Aimee does it all with grace and efficiency. She takes great pride in resolving concerns quickly and making even the most complex processes feel simple and stress-free for the clients she serves.
Above all, Aimee loves the people side of her work. Whether she is helping an individual navigate tax season or supporting a small business owner in Jackson and the surrounding areas, she approaches every interaction with patience, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help.
